Negative: Evening entertainment was a singer But would be nice for something different one night We checked out at 11am and were staying at hotel until flight Luggage looked after and showers for later which was great. But no one explained that lunch or food or drink no longer allowed without paying. I think it would have been much better to know this in advance. I have never had this before. All hotels on all inclusive that I have been to have not stopped food or drink. This is my fourth Iberostar hotel. I was embarrassed when I went for a lemonade as I did not know. We don’t drink alcohol anyway.

Positive: Staff were lovely. Japanese show cooking was AMAZING!!! Views at the location are also amazing and the outside facilities (pools etc,) were really good - we had access to the private prestige area. Can't comment on the other pool as didn't visit.
Negative: We booked a prestige room with a sea view. The bed was basically two camp beds pushed together into a double. The view was the back of a cabana bed outside - no sea view. Vastly different check in experience from our friends who booked the same level of room plus our room was a LOT smaller - unsure why!

Positive: Room was lovely. Stayed in the penthouse suite which they had a few penthouse suites and staff were very friendly and made you feel special. Room was cleaned every day and breakfast was lovely. We also got treated to the complimentary Teppanyaki show meal and the chef and waitress were both lovely.
Negative: Entertainment at night could have been better.
Summary: Loved our stay and can’t wait to return again in the future

Negative: Our only gripe was the bad constant odour in the bathroom. Not a hotel issue, but don’t rent an EV car. Good luck trying to charge it.
